ORGAN
The Schantz-Ellenberger pipe organ is a beautiful component of the music ministry of WUMC. In addition to her leadership during hymns, organist. Annie Kaschube provides outstanding service music and anthems in worship.
CHANCEL CHOIR
Chancel Choir is made up of singers grade 10 through adult and specializes in choral classics from all genre, both old and new. Rehearsals are held in the sanctuary on Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
CHAMBER ENSEMBLE
The Chamber Ensemble is a select group of singers performing more challenging music and presenting occasionally in worship. All singers are also members of at least one other choir. In 2009, the Chamber Ensemble was named "Best Church Choir in Northeast Ohio" as winners of the WCLV/UCC Jubilation Choral Festival. Visit WCLV to hear the entire performance.
CHILDREN'S CHOIR
Children's Choir provides an opportunity for young singers (grades 1-6) to develop their musical skills while praising God through song. This choir meets at 11:21 am on Sunday mornings in Room 105. Please contact Annie Kaschube for more information or with questions.
JOYFUL SPIRIT HANDBELL CHOIR
Joyful Spirit is an open group of 12-15 ringers directed by Barb Siwik. This choir meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. (September through May). New ringers are always welcome, regardless of experience.
MONDAY MORNING HANDBELL CHOIR
Monday Morning is an auditioned group of 15 ringers directed by Ardith McCloy.
Westlake United Methodist Church is pleased to offer a Performing Arts Series for our community to enjoy. The series features performances of excellence by some of the finest of amateur, collegiate, and professional musicians, as well as showcasing our own outstanding ensembles.
